During the second quarter of 2024, the Middle East saw significant activity in the hack and slash genre on the Android platform. Here’s a detailed look at the performance of the top 5 applications, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Solo Leveling:Arise from Netmarble had a remarkable start following its release in early May. Weekly revenue peaked at around $62K in the week of May 13, followed by a gradual decline, ending the quarter at approximately $25K. Downloads showed a strong initial surge, reaching nearly 73K in the first week, but tapered off to just over 2K by the end of June. Despite the drop in downloads, active users increased steadily from 66.6K to 84.8K by the end of the quarter.

Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat by nebulajoy displayed a modest revenue trend, with a peak of around $1.6K in the week of May 27. Downloads were relatively stable, maintaining around 1K per week towards the end of the quarter. Active users showed consistent growth from mid-April, peaking at approximately 4.6K by the end of June.
